Set on a hill overlooking the quaint Middletown Historic District and surrounded by five acres of verdant lawns and majestic shade trees, Taylor-Butler House offers the romance and charm of a historic venue, with access to modern amenities. The property provides a unique backdrop for an elegant wedding, a joyous anniversary fete, a one-of-a-kind birthday party, or a corporate gathering. The magnificent curved staircase descending into a large and welcoming foyer provides a spectacular backdrop for a grand entrance. A circular driveway makes valet parking an easy option; for smaller parties, there is ample nearby parking. Rental of the property also includes use of the spacious grounds. Tent rentals are permitted to bring your party or wedding outdoors.

Taylor-Butler House can accommodate up to 125 guests. Non-refundable deposits are required for all bookings. You will have exclusive access to the house and the grounds, as we only book one event at a time (unless otherwise noted). All pricing and times include set-up and clean-up.

Pricing begins at $1,500 for a private event with exclusive access to the house and grounds for six hours.
