Tax Ratables and Abstracts Available for Monmouth County


These tax lists contain considerable information on the inhabitants of a town, their property, and their household, occasionally including lot size, house size, number of slaves, etc. The originals of these lists are housed in various collections around the state; however, the following trascriptions or copies are available to researchers in the Library and Archives at the Monmouth County Historical Association.
